Board & Train Program
Bring out the best in your dog
Professional dog training tailored to their breed, behavior, and temperament.
Professional Dog Training
We develop desirable behaviors—and reshape unwanted ones.
Some dogs have a specific behavioral issue wreaking havoc on their owner’s home. Other dogs are young and energetic but lack basic household manners. In either case, what the dog needs most is a strong foundation of obedience training, not just to resolve the presenting issue, but to give them the confidence and control necessary to become a well-mannered companion.
Our dog training classes develop responsive and well-behaved dogs while correcting issues like:
Excessive barking
Aggression and reactivity
Separation anxiety
Jumping and hyperactivity
Destructive chewing and digging
Boundary violations
Counter-surfing
By targeting obedience, self-control, aggression, and leash skills all in one board and train program, we graduate well-rounded dogs who make excellent family companions.

Our Training FocusWell-trained dogs enjoy a happier life and greater freedom.
Our board and train program gives dogs—and dog owners—confidence and control.
Resolve recurring behavioral issues
From counter-surfers to leash-pullers, our dog training sessions teach new skills while correcting problematic ones.
Every board and train experience starts with obedience basics, teaching your dog how to respond to commands, manage their energy, and positively engage with other dogs. As training progresses, we’ll specifically address problematic behaviors.
By adapting our training approach to your dog’s breed-specific characteristics, motivators, and temperament—and incorporating play and praise throughout the sessions—we can teach lasting obedience skills your dog enjoys practicing.
Give your puppy a strong foundation of obedience from the start
Early obedience training helps young, energetic puppies grow into well-mannered, eager-to-please dogs.
Our training sessions for young dogs break obedience commands down into small, achievable steps so your dog can quickly learn and succeed. We focus on building trust, preventing or breaking early bad habits, and getting puppies comfortable with a wide range of settings and scenarios.
Puppy training is ideally suited for dogs of any breed who are four months and older. Every board and train experience ends with an in-depth handoff session that empowers you to continue our training foundation and maintain a happy, mannerly dog.
Enjoy greater control—even in exciting environments
Many dogs are well-mannered until the doorbell rings, a dog walks by, or a squirrel runs across their path.
Our positive pressure dog training approach teaches your dog how to manage excitement and stay steady, even in active environments.
Of all the benefits that come with dog training, few are as noticeable as the enhanced trust and freedom that come with having a self-controlled dog at home or away, on leash and off.

We BelieveThere’s no better companion than a
well-trained dog
I’ve been training dogs since 1980. Many of them have gone on to become field trial champions or earn top honors for their breed. Whether I’m working with a sporting dog, a hunting partner, or a family pet, my approach is the same—to first understand the dog’s mindset and motivations, then train them in a way that matches with both.
In my experience, the difference between a “bad dog” and a beloved family companion all comes down to training. Through negative-positive-positive training methods, consistent attention, and a bit of patience, I work to bring out the confident composure in your pet, so you can spend more time enjoying their companionship.
